Eligibility:

General Eligibility: The contest is open to all individuals who are enrolled in the Level X program and have paid the course fee of $180.

Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years of age by the start date of October 1, 2024.

Geographic Restrictions: This contest is open to participants worldwide, except residents of Vermont and Arizona, who are not eligible to participate in the contest due to state regulations.

Contest Period:

• The contest begins on October 1, 2024, and ends on December 28, 2024, coinciding with the duration of the Level X program.

How to Enter:

• Enrollment: Participants are automatically entered into the contest upon enrolling in the Level X program and paying the course fee.

• No Purchase Necessary for Contest Entry: No additional purchase or payment is required to enter the contest beyond the initial course fee.

Criteria for Winning:

1. Engagement and Participation:

• Participants must log their daily activities and complete weekly challenges by posting updates and submissions in designated groups or topics on the Mighty Networks platform.

• Engagement badges will be awarded for consistent daily log-ins, activity completion, and weekly challenge submissions.

2. Quality of Submissions:

• Submissions will be evaluated based on creativity, adherence to challenge guidelines, and effort demonstrated.

• Peer reviews and feedback through comments and reactions will contribute to the overall assessment.

3. Consistency:

• Regular participation is mandatory. Participants should not miss more than five days without a valid reason. Consistency badges will be awarded for regular check-ins and updates.

4. Community Engagement:

• Participants are encouraged to engage constructively with their peers by commenting, offering support, and sharing insights.

• Community engagement badges will be awarded for positive interactions and support within the community.

5. Personal Growth:

• Participants are expected to document their progress through posts and updates, sharing their milestones and challenges.

• Reflection reports will be required periodically to summarize progress and personal growth.

6. Bonus Challenges:

• Additional badges will be awarded for completing surprise challenges and achieving specific milestones throughout the contest period.

Scoring System:

• A combination of engagement badges, quality of submissions, consistency badges, community engagement badges, and manual tracking by program administrators will be used to determine the top participants.

Winner Selection:

• The participant with the highest cumulative engagement and quality score at the end of the contest period will be declared the winner.

• In the event of a tie, a judging panel will review the tied participants’ overall performance to determine the winner.

Prize:

• Grand Prize: The participant with the highest score will receive a grand prize of $10,000.

• Prize Distribution: The grand prize will be awarded within one month following the conclusion of the contest.

• Non-Transferability: Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.  No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Eyrth, which reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is not available.

Compliance and Conduct:

• Participants must adhere to all program guidelines and rules.

• Eyrth reserves the right to disqualify participants for any form of misconduct, rule violation, or misrepresentation.

• Contest Cancellation: The contest is subject to cancellation if the minimum participation requirement of 180 participants is not met by September 30, 2024.

• Eyrth reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.  Participants will be notified of any changes through the Mighty Networks platform or email.

Special State Provisions:

California Residents:

• Participants residing in California who are unable to continue the program due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., medical issues, personal emergencies) may request to be added to the next available challenge instead of receiving a refund.  The request must be submitted in writing within one year from the start date of the current program.  Upon approval, participants will be enrolled in the next challenge without additional fees.

• Requests should be sent to [Contact Information], and participants will be notified of their enrollment in the next challenge within 30 days of receiving the request.

New York and Florida Residents:

• For contests with total prize values exceeding $5,000, Eyrth will comply with bonding and registration requirements.  This includes filing the contest rules and a surety bond with the New York State Department of State and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services before the contest starts.

• Participants from these states are ensured that the contest complies with local regulations and that the prize will be awarded as promised.
